1. A student may avail of only one (1) scholarship grant regardless of source.

2. Academic scholars must carry the prescribed number of units.

3. Other scholars must carry at least 18 units (with permission if needed).

4. Scholars may not drop subjects without prior approval.

5. Scholarship contracts must be signed by the student and parent/guardian.

6. Any disciplinary action disqualifies the scholar.

Step 1: Submit scholarship requirements to the Scholarship Officer.

(Examples: Certificate of Honors, Certificate of Indigency, 4Ps Certificate, AFP Recommendation, Certificate of Residency.)

Step 2: Scholarship Officer reviews documents for completeness and eligibility.

Step 3: Submit a Letter of Intent to apply for a scholarship.

Step 4: Scholarship Contract is prepared and customized based on scholarship type.

Step 5: Scholar and guardian sign the contract and submit it.

Step 6: List of qualified scholars is forwarded to the Director for Scholarships, VPAA, and President for approval.

Most undergraduate programs are completed within four (4) years. Some programs may vary depending on curriculum requirements.

Yes. Transferees must undergo evaluation by the Dean to determine credited courses.

Subject dropping must follow university guidelines. Scholarship grantees must secure prior approval before dropping any subject.
