1. Institutionalize modular, flexible, and alternative learning pathways that promote inclusive, equitable, accessible, and industry-based education.
2. Support workforce development by aligning SKILL’s programs with industry and community needs.
3. Enhance employability and career advancement of lifelong learners through competency-based training and assessment and intensive review program.
4. Innovate SKILL offerings to ensure that they align with the current market trends and demands.
5. Promote Total Quality Management across all SKILL programs.
Objectives
1. Ensure that SKILL offerings such as the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), Certificate in Teaching Program (CIT), Micro-credentials, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) comply with the statutory and regulatory requirements of CHED and TESDA.
2. Offer English as a Second Language (ESL), International English Language Testing System (IELTS) review, Foreign Language, and other language-related training.
3. Offer a comprehensive Board Exam and Civil Service Review programs
4. Implement a strong monitoring and evaluation mechanism to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
5. Establish strong partnership with industry, professional organizations, and international institutions.
6. Adhere to academic policies and quality standards set forth by the Academic Office.
